The University of Birmingham is launching an Allies scheme designed to raise the visibility of those non – LGBTQ people who wish to make a statement of support and inclusivity for LGBTQ staff and students.
I ran two exploratory workshops in June to get feedback on how best to run the scheme and to provide CPD for participants.
