Focus group and strategy planning meeting for the University of Oxford LGBT+ Staff Network
It was very pleased to be invited to facilitate a workshop and follow-up meetings for members of the Network a part of its continuing development. Great timing in the academic year as we move towards Easter and the summer there will be a little more time in people’s busy schedules to implement actions for the next academic year. I really enjoyed drawing on different aspects of my experience and knowledge and work as a coach to provide some useful input and ask some helpful questions.
